Once payment has been received successfully, we will take 1 - 3 working days to dispatch your items. However, kindly note that shipping times are subjected to availability of merchandise.

If you’ve received a defective/incorrect item, please contact us at childbosssg@gmail.com within 3 working days from the day of receipt and we will be in touch to arrange for an exchange.
