  • The item I want is out of stock. What can I do?
    You can drop us an email at childbosssg@gmail.com and we will put you on our waitlist and notify you when the item is restocked!
  • How long does it take for my order to be shipped out?
    Once payment has been received successfully, we will take 1 - 3 working days to dispatch your items. However, kindly note that shipping times are subjected to availability of merchandise. We will also send you an email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched so that you may keep track of your item.
  • I’ve received a defective/incorrect item. What should I do?
    If you’ve received a defective/incorrect item, please contact us at childbosssg@gmail.com within 3 working days from the day of receipt and we will be in touch to arrange for an exchange.
