1. WELCOME

All sales are made at our online store.
For all enquiries, kindly fill up and submit the Contact Us form and we will get back to you within 3 working days.

2. PURCHASE

When placing an order with Child Boss and purchasing a product, all information provided to us should be true and accurate, and in doing so, you are the authorized user of the payment method provided.
Child Boss reserves the right to cancel any orders without prior notice if the product(s) in question is out of stock.

3. ORDERING

When placing an order, kindly select the correct product(s) in the correct size before completing the check out process.
You shall be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all orders. In the event that an incorrect product/size is ordered, Child Boss shall not be held liable to amend/cancel any confirmed orders.
All merchandise are subjected to availability. In the event that the item(s) is not available, you may email us and we will put you on our waitlist.
Kindly ensure that the shipping address provided at check out is valid and correct. Child Boss shall not be responsible for failed deliveries caused by the provision of incorrect/incomplete addresses.
All orders will be dispatched from within 5 working days from the order date (unless otherwise stated).
