How long does it take for my order to be shipped out?

Accepted Answer

Once payment has been received successfully, we will take 1 - 3 working days to dispatch your items. However, kindly note that shipping times are subjected to availability of merchandise. 
 
We will also send you an email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched so that you may keep track of your item.

I’ve received a defective/incorrect item. What should I do?
