SHIPPING POLICY

  • All local orders are handled and delivered by Ninja Van. 

  • In the event that your package is returned to us due to multiple failed delivery attempts or incorrect/incomplete shipping address, relevant shipping charges (SGD 4.50) will be requested to facilitate the re-shipment of your package. 

  • Once your order has been placed and confirmed, you will not be able to change the shipping address. Please fill in the correct shipping address to avoid any inconvenience.

 

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notifying you of your parcel tracking number. With the tracking number, you can stay updated on the delivery status of your parcel on the Ninjavan website, for deliveries within Singapore.
